Refund Policy

Refunds for RefundProof purchases

RefundProof sells digital case preparation materials. We keep the policy simple and review billing issues fairly, without promising refunds for every completed digital unlock.

Plain-English summary: If something went wrong with your RefundProof purchase, contact us. We review refund requests case by case. RefundProof does not guarantee that the company you contact will refund you.

1. Digital product access

RefundProof proof packs and escalation packs are digital materials that may be generated, unlocked, viewed, copied, and downloaded shortly after payment. Because of this, purchases are generally final once a report is unlocked and accessible, unless required by law or approved by RefundProof after review.

2. When we may approve a refund

We may approve a RefundProof purchase refund when:

  • You were charged twice for the same RefundProof purchase.
  • You paid but the proof pack did not unlock after Stripe confirmed payment.
  • A technical issue prevented access to the purchased report and we could not fix it in a reasonable time.
  • The purchase was clearly accidental and the paid report was not used or downloaded.

3. What is not guaranteed

RefundProof helps you prepare a clearer refund case, but it does not guarantee that a company, merchant, bank, payment provider, platform, or support team will approve your request.

A company refusing your refund request is not, by itself, a reason for a RefundProof purchase refund.

4. How to request a RefundProof billing review

Contact [email protected] or use the contact form. Include the email used for your account, the case company name if relevant, the date of purchase, and a short explanation of the issue.

5. Payment processor timing

If a refund is approved, timing depends on Stripe, your card issuer, bank, or payment method. RefundProof cannot control the exact time it takes for funds to appear in your account.
