Terms for using RefundProof
RefundProof helps users prepare organized refund materials, including case summaries, timelines, evidence checklists, message packs, follow-up plans, and PDF proof packs.

1. What RefundProof does
RefundProof helps you organize proof and prepare refund, cancellation, billing, warranty, and complaint materials. The first version focuses on unwanted subscription charges and refund denied cases.
2. Not legal advice and no guarantee
RefundProof is not a law firm, lawyer, legal service, lawsuit tool, official complaint filing service, chargeback guarantee service, or refund guarantee service.
RefundProof does not guarantee that any company, merchant, bank, payment provider, airline, platform, regulator, or consumer support channel will respond, approve your request, issue a refund, cancel a charge, or decide in your favor.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your case.
- Upload only proof you have the right to use and share for your case.
- Review every generated message before sending it.
- Do not upload passwords, full card numbers, government IDs, or unrelated private information unless absolutely necessary for your case.
- Do not use RefundProof to make false, misleading, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent claims.
4. AI-generated content
RefundProof may use AI to extract facts, build timelines, check missing proof, score case preparation, and generate messages. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your exact situation. You must review and edit generated content before using it.
5. Paid proof packs
Paid proof packs may include the following, depending on the plan you purchase:
- Full case summary and timeline
- Evidence checklist and missing-proof checklist
- Case strength preparation score
- Message pack and follow-up plan, depending on the plan purchased
- Downloadable PDF proof pack
Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to paid content is unlocked after payment confirmation. If a payment is cancelled, fails, or is not confirmed, paid report access may remain locked.
6. Refunds for RefundProof purchases
RefundProof sells digital case preparation materials that may be generated and unlocked immediately after purchase. Refund requests for RefundProof purchases are reviewed case by case. 7. Acceptable use
You may not use RefundProof to create false claims, impersonate someone else, harass or threaten people, upload malware, violate others’ privacy, or attempt to access another user’s account, proof, payment, or report.
8. Service changes and availability
RefundProof may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
